Our process
Acquaintance
In the format of correspondence, you send information about the project, the preliminary Technical Task. Together we estimate the terms of work and the cost, determine the start date of the project, sign the contract.
Start of work on the project
After receiving the advance payment and the complete specifications, the work on the project starts. Depending on the volume of work and our agreements, I work on the entire project, or we divide the project into parts: (then each part is paid separately) archicad drafts, collages with the selection of furniture and materials, 3D visualization, working documentations.
Editings of 3D visualization part 1
After agreeing on the apartment layout options and collages, I send you a preview (this is a preview of the visualizations for the customer, only in lower quality) on which you can make minor edits. For example, you didn't quite guess the color of the walls or move the sofa. These edits allow you to achieve exactly the right picture so that customers get what they like the first time.
Editings of 3D visualization part 2
Customers immediately receive visualizations in good quality (2000-3500px on the larger side). This is the only way to fully immerse yourself in the atmosphere of the interior and appreciate it. However, if they want to change something, the project includes up to 2 stages of edits from customers. Edits should not change the concept and global details of the interior. Each stage of edits is sent in one list.
Final
After approval and payment of the 3D visualization part, we send you all the finished working documentation and drawings, if necessary, and a list of materials, furniture, accessories, etc.
